Saving Old Photos
 This
old photo was scanned at 100dpi which is usually high enough to view in a
slide show or on the computer. ACD software you can import or scan into the
program. |

 The
photo was then taken into ACD software sharpened and the levels adjusted for
darkness. The "un-sharp mask" was used in the edit mode. The amount of
sharpness can be varied with the slider. |

 Going
a step further can give the photo an antique look by adding a little brown.You can do much more with photo software such as: removing scratches, noise and blurring imperfections. |
